|Description:||Greets and escorts guests or groups to casino points of interest and responds to questions in a professional and cordial manner. |
|Duties:|Greets patrons as they enter the casino and answers questions in English or another language directly in a professional and prompt manner.
Escorts the individuals to the correct point of interest.
May be required to assists patrons in finding seats as necessary as well as hosting special events and VIP parties.
Will assist in escorting groups of tourists and other guests and demonstrate all casino venues.
Monitors visitors to ensure activities compliance with establishment.
Provides information that will include and is not limited to new promotions, tournaments and other events.
Distributes brochures and other collateral to guests while answering and explaining rules as necessary.
May be asked to contact other businesses or establishments to arrange visits.
Keeps up to date with competitor's promotions and events in order to properly answer any promotional related questions.
Suggests specific games to meet guest's needs.
Assists with facilitating customer conflicts and engages in offering alternative solutions.
Routinely checks The Bicycle Casino web site to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Facilitates customer concerns and directs them to the appropriate person or assists them through the proper channels.
Maintains current information regarding promotions at The Bicycle Casino throughout the casino.
Must be available on call and to work overtime when necessary.
Must be available to work all shifts as needed.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Qualified individuals must be able to walk and stand, talk and hear. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs. Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in smoking environment.
High School diploma or General Equivalency degree (GED). Prior related experience in a similar position within hospitality industry of at least 2 years: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to speak a second language is preferred.
*Must be 21 years of age.
